Position Summary:

This role offers the unique opportunity to engage in various positions across multiple departments. As an All-Resort Specialist, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of ski resort operations while enjoying a dynamic and engaging work environment. No prior experience is necessary.

Position Specifications:

  • Housing: May be available.
  • Expected Pay Range: $21.36 per hour.
  • Shift Type: Full Time, including Weekends and Holidays.
  • Skill Level: Entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various roles including Lift Operations, Ticket Checking, Retail, Rental, Ticket & Product Sales, Restaurant Crew, Parking Attendant, and Base Area Operator.
  • Serve as a flexible resource for different projects and events.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to ensure personal and team safety.
  • Commit to guest satisfaction and take responsibility for guest care and problem resolution.
  • Respond to guest inquiries by becoming knowledgeable about resort operations and services.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Availability to work 35 to 40+ hours per week (full-time).
  • Ability to stand outdoors in a mountain environment for extended periods.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The expected pay range is $21.36 per hour. This reflects the compensation we anticipate for this position, with individual decisions based on various factors.
