Position Overview

Core Responsibilities
  • Facilitate adherence to regulations, standards, and organizational policies
  • Ensure a precise inventory of technology, processes, and personnel
  • Design and evaluate security controls
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to pinpoint security vulnerabilities and compliance deficiencies
  • Conduct security evaluations, assessments, and certifications
  • Engage in cybersecurity compliance projects
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to advance TEKsystems' compliance goals
  • Generate comprehensive documentation for compliance initiatives
  • Provide insights to management regarding compliance strategies
Essential Skills and Qualifications

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical security and/or compliance
  • Familiarity with risk management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer)
  • Experience in process mapping, documentation, and enhancement

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in Information Security, IT Audit, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), or related domains
  • Experience in developing, testing, and remediating IT security controls
  • Understanding of eGRC systems, compliance scope management, and risk management processes
  • Experience managing regulatory audits and assessments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Project management capabilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with security certifications (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CISA, CISSP)
  • Experience in a Big 4 or equivalent firm is advantageous
