Role Summary

This position demands comprehensive knowledge of equipment services and the ability to analyze critical problem-solving data to provide top-notch technical services tailored to customer needs. Success in this role hinges on making informed field decisions that benefit both the client and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess technical requirements by collaborating with clients to understand issues, specifications, timelines, and desired outcomes.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of all machinery and equipment utilized in the workshop and at client sites to ensure appropriate solutions are applied.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of technical issues and effectively communicating repair and installation concerns.
  • Utilize a wide range of service and product manuals, vendor specifications, and updates to guarantee the delivery of superior technical services.
  • Manage repair and installation projects within budgetary constraints while ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Safely handle various materials and operate tools and machinery in compliance with company standards.
  • Utilize shop tools and machinery, including grinders, torches, cutters, and welders, to perform high-quality work.
  • Provide constructive feedback on improving technical service processes to enhance customer loyalty and streamline operations.
  • Oversee project management to maintain all equipment and tools in optimal working condition.
  • Adhere to budget guidelines and manage expenses effectively.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of industrial rotating equipment; formal technical training is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Valid Driver's License with a favorable driving record; CDL is preferred but not required.
  • Completion of a 10-hour OSHA safety course is required.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Work Schedule:

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime as necessary.
