Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Virtual Events Marketing Specialist who is a US citizen and has a strong background in marketing to enhance our virtual event strategies. This role is pivotal in creating impactful marketing campaigns that promote our range of products and services, particularly through virtual events and webinars.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the comprehensive management of virtual events and webinars, ensuring all project timelines and objectives are achieved.
  • Develop tactical plans for virtual event and webinar initiatives to meet established goals.
  • Build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships with teams such as Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand, Social Media, and Paid Media to ensure cohesive outcomes.
  • Enhance existing processes, templates, and best practices for executing virtual events and webinars.
  • Manage the scheduling and logistical planning of the virtual events and webinars calendar.
  • Create engaging content for social media posts, webpages, emails, and other communication channels related to virtual events and webinars.
  • Implement and refine email marketing campaigns promoting virtual events and webinars using marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with On24 or similar virtual platforms is preferred.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of virtual events and webinars, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Utilize Salesforce to generate reports that measure content performance and overall campaign success for virtual events and webinars.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing both virtual and in-person events.
  • Familiarity with On24 or other virtual engagement platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
Technology Requirements:

Familiarity with virtual event platforms, particularly On24, Salesforce, and PowerPoint is essential.

Typical Daily Tasks:

Your day will involve managing the process of producing virtual events, including topic selection, speaker coordination, editorial content planning, campaign integration, demand generation tactics, event production, sales enablement, and reporting.
