You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Sales Specialists focused on driving specific Enterprise Informatics (EI) sales growth across a range of products. You will manage and support them in building strong customer relationships, demonstrating the value proposition of a specific EI business unit's portfolio to address customer needs.

Your role:

  • Manages the specialist sales function for the EI Cardiac Informatics (CAI) business in the Market in order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues, and ensure the right organization and structure is in place to deliver on the sales objectives.
  • Monitor sales team individual performance against targets and provide constructive feedback to ensure goals are met or exceeded while providing sales process guidance and coaching
  • Drive effective funnel management to build towards sales targets and Philips business objectives
  • Collaborate with regional business unit leaders to ensure BU-specific sales initiatives are effectively deployed in the field with our customers and empower our Sales Specialists to drive growth
  • Collaborate with Philips sales leaders to deliver on shared EI business objectives and team up with sales and other regional leadership, to develop co-selling opportunities, tools, and resources that empower front-line sellers

You're the right fit if:

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in relevant discipline. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven senior leadership experience, ideally across different countries and track record of success creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets
  • In-depth experience in the Health Systems industry, selling Healthcare IT products in a clinical environment, and/or great knowledge of hospital ecosystem.
  • Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to ultimately deliver on results and clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to a range of customer profiles
  • Ability to cultivate strong customer relationships with key decision makers (incl. C-suite) and build/nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the region, cross business, and cross function
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
