What You'll Do:

  • HR Operations Support: Serve as a point of contact for the HR service desk, assist the HR Operations team with day-to-day tasks, including maintaining employee records, HRIS data entry, and updating HR documentation.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Manage the scheduling of interviews, communicate with candidates, collect and process all new hire paperwork, perform background checks, and send onboarding communications to both the candidates and hiring managers.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to termination. Verify I-9 documents, ensure all onboarding tasks and required trainings are complete, manage personnel and organizational changes in Workday, send termination paperwork, and assist in asset collection.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR activities comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Assist with the preparation of compliance reports and audits.
  • HR Projects: Participate in and support various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR coordinator role or similar position.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and basic HR functions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with HR operations teams.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws.
  • Previous experience in a tech or online platform company.

Hourly Rate: $25/hr.
