Job Description
The GTM Strategy & Planning Sr. Analyst will help define and drive strategic analyses to shape decisions for business growth initiatives. You will be an essential member of the GTM Planning organization, reporting to the Director, GTM Planning & Customer Segmentation. In this global role, you will partner with Sales leaders, strategy teams, and operational peers to identify opportunities, analyze GTM motions, and propose actionable plans to maximize growth. This results-oriented position will provide strategic, analytical, and project leadership across a number of GTM domain areas while supporting the evolution of our data-driven strategic planning process. This is an individual contributor (IC) role, which requires strengths in building virtual teams across the company to drive results.
What you get to do in this role:
Drive the Strategy, Planning, and Execution plans for specific penetration and performance initiatives:

  • Collaborate with strategy and analytics teams to conduct focused analyses to allow for intelligent decision making, insights into business drivers, performance-to-targets, and areas of opportunities and risk
  • Partner with analytics and technology teams to translate these analyses into reporting packages, fueling ongoing business performance reviews
  • Develop executive-friendly presentations to convey the key findings and recommended actions from strategic analyses
  • Identify and analyze opportunities to grow market penetration across segments, industries, and products
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for growth initiatives, balancing rigorous analysis with strategic insight to guide decision-making and implementation.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with stakeholders including facilitating open communication and navigating complexities to drive GTM evolution.
  • Drive organizational change, adopting a hands-on collaborative approach to strategy development, project management, and execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clarity, precision, and a strategic focus in a dynamic environment.
  • Other ad hoc responsibilities as required in support of the organization needs

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

  • U.S. Citizen or Greencard holder required
  • 5+ years of relevant GTM Strategy & Planning experience, with clear ownership of strategic initiatives and outcomes. Experience with Customer Segmentation initiatives a plus.
  • Must have strong financial and analytical skills, including the ability to identify and define problems, collect and analyze, data and develop substantiated conclusions
  • Story Telling Skills, able to consolidate large data sets and extract the key points and relevant actions required.
  • Experience within XaaS/SaaS companies and subscription models (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew), including success metrics
  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively and collaborate cross functionally
  • Excellent team player with demonstrated ability to work efficiently across multiple initiatives with different deadlines and evolving priorities
  • Self-motivated, highly analytical, has a high degree of intellectual curiosity - enjoys challenging assignments.
  • Preferred candidates will have a combination of consulting, transformation, and operating experience as well as past experience with/supporting sales teams.
