Cloverly is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team as an Account Executive for our Catalyst product. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion for our emerging market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Situational Fluency: Gain in-depth knowledge of our offering, value proposition, and industry concepts to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
  • Expand Catalyst Presence: Establish and grow our presence in the market, driving adoption and revenue growth.
  • Manage Sales Process: Oversee the sales process from prospect to close, maintaining tight control over each stage and ensuring timely closure of deals.
  • Strategize GTM Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging market feedback to inform decision-making.
  • Manage Pipeline and Forecast: Accurately maintain pipeline and forecast data in Hubspot, consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Cloverly team members, including Sales, SDRs, Marketing, Success, Product, and other areas of the organization to drive collective success.
  • Establish Catalyst as a Leader: Help establish Catalyst as the leading vertical SaaS provider in our industry.
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Bring a proven track record in SaaS sales, with a strong bias for action and ability to make an impact quickly.
  • 4+ Years of B2B Sales Experience: Possess 4+ years of experience in B2B technology, software, cloud, or SaaS sales, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding goals in a competitive environment.
  • Self-Starter: Demonstrate the ability to own the full sales cycle, including strategic prospecting and outbound sales.
  • Process-Oriented: Show the ability to methodically build and follow processes to drive consistent results, with a focus on detail and execution.
  • High-Velocity Deal Management: Consistently succeed in managing and closing high-velocity deals.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate a proactive approach to contributing to team success, with a focus on continuous improvement and growth.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire others.
