What You'll Do
  • Drive sales and revenue growth across the Travel, Media, Entertainment, Gaming & Sports (TMEGS) industry group by accelerating the AWS partnership in current and prospective TMEGS accounts for Slalom.
  • Develop and align account lists to target growth in top Slalom markets.
  • Create and execute joint account strategies with partners, including playbooks for effective account planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with AWS industry leaders, sales teams, and partner teams.
  • Develop repeatable solutions, accelerators, and workshops, and formulate joint GTM strategies.
  • Articulate Slalom's industry value proposition, incorporating AWS elements, and develop industry-specific content.
  • Foster internal alignment and activation through newsletters, community-building calls, and team engagement.
  • Drive revenue growth for the segment in partnership with account teams and AWS dedicated sellers.
What You'll Bring
  • Strategic thinking with a passion for the TMEGS industry and a proven track record of driving growth through partnerships.
  • Prior experience working with AWS in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with industry leaders and sales teams.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in developing and executing strategic plans that drive growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of creating compelling content and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for Manager is $104,000 to $198,000, for Sr. Manager $123,000 to $234,000, and for Director $146,000 to $278,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
