Role Overview:
The GTM Strategy & Planning Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in defining and executing strategic analyses that influence decisions for business growth initiatives. As a key member of the GTM Planning organization, you will report directly to the Director of GTM Planning & Customer Segmentation. In this global capacity, you will collaborate with Sales leaders, strategy teams, and operational colleagues to uncover opportunities, evaluate GTM strategies, and propose actionable plans to enhance growth. This results-driven position will provide strategic, analytical, and project leadership across various GTM domains while advancing our data-informed strategic planning process. This is an individual contributor role that requires the ability to build virtual teams across the organization to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Strategy, Planning, and Execution initiatives for specific market penetration and performance projects.
  • Work alongside strategy and analytics teams to conduct targeted analyses that support informed decision-making, insights into business drivers, performance metrics, and identification of opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with analytics and technology teams to convert these analyses into comprehensive reporting packages, driving ongoing business performance evaluations.
  • Create executive-level presentations to communicate key findings and recommended actions derived from strategic analyses.
  • Identify and assess opportunities for increasing market penetration across various segments, industries, and product lines.
  • Formulate and implement strategic plans for growth initiatives, balancing thorough analysis with strategic insight to guide decision-making and execution.
  • Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with stakeholders, fostering open communication and navigating complexities to drive GTM evolution.
  • Facilitate organizational change through a hands-on collaborative approach to strategy development, project management, and execution.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring clarity, precision, and strategic focus in a dynamic environment.
  • Perform other ad hoc responsibilities as necessary to support organizational needs.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in GTM Strategy & Planning, with a proven track record of ownership over strategic initiatives and outcomes. Experience with Customer Segmentation initiatives is advantageous.
  • Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including the ability to identify and define problems, gather and analyze data, and develop substantiated conclusions.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, capable of consolidating extensive data sets and extracting key insights and relevant actions.
  • Experience within XaaS/SaaS companies and subscription models (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew), including familiarity with success metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • A proven team player with the ability to work efficiently across multiple initiatives with varying deadlines and evolving priorities.
  • Self-motivated, highly analytical, and intellectually curious, with a passion for tackling challenging assignments.
  • Preferred candidates will have a blend of consulting, transformation, and operational experience, along with prior experience supporting sales teams.
