ExamWorks is looking for an Account Executive to join the team This Position is Monday - Friday full time and the territory is New Jersey.

The Account Executive identifies opportunities to engage and develop new client relationships, manages our existing client base with great customer service, organizational skills and a can do attitude.

This position requires consistent contact with clients, understanding their expectations, excellent time management and travel on an as needed basis. Position works independently and with others to demonstrate superior customer service, market knowledge and strive to meet or exceed company's revenue objectives. This position will be remote with some office time.

Responsibilities

  • Drives the development of local and national sales
  • Focus on new groth and relationships while you maintain key customer relationships
  • Acts as a liaison between clients and ExamWorks, actively promoting services and support
  • Represents the company at industry functions, conferences, tradeshows, seminars, meetings, and when necessary, organizes and conducts client entertainment
  • Informs clients of updates in regards to policy changes, services and physicians
  • Assists in resolving client concerns relative to service and report quality issues in a timely manner
  • Visits physicians as necessary and assist with physician recruiting efforts
  • Evaluates the results of overall sales efforts regularly and reports these results to the RVP of Sales
  • Continuously analyzes the market, competition, external threats and opportunities. Adapts sales strategy to these changing conditions
  • Provides weekly, monthly and or quarterly updates as directed
  • Attends all sales and marketing meetings as directed
  • When necessary, assists with account collection activity and some operational duties

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or sales preferred; or 3 years related experience in outside sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of claims management relative to Liability/Workers Comp/No Fault or relevant work experience (Paralegals, liability claims, etc) is preferred not required
  • Must hold a valid state Driver's License
  • Must be able to divide work requirements between 50% office/remote time and 50% in the field
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations with good knowledge of Power Point, Excel, SalesForce CRM and more
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be able to demonstrate team behavior and willing to promote a positive team -oriented environment
