Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough security evaluations across various platforms, including GenAI, web, mobile, and server-based applications, ensuring the implementation of robust security measures.
  • Develop and execute advanced testing methodologies for GenAI applications, utilizing the latest technologies and practices.
  • Assess the severity of identified vulnerabilities based on industry benchmarks, documenting findings with comprehensive proof of concepts as necessary.
  • Work closely with development teams to clarify discovered vulnerabilities, offering insights and recommendations for remediation.
  • Suggest customized security improvements for each application, taking into account specific requirements and architecture.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior application security analysts, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information technology, along with 5 to 8 years of experience in application security.
  • Expertise in penetration testing of GenAI applications and LLMs, as well as web and mobile platforms, with a solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience in evaluating the security of thick-client and embedded applications is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and adaptability to fast-paced, changing project requirements.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments and articulate the implications of vulnerabilities within an enterprise context.
  • Proven ability to create proof of concepts and exploits, with a comprehensive understanding of exploitation techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Ruby, with additional experience in Java or .Net being advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a successful track record of effective teamwork, especially in remote environments.
  • A proactive and self-driven attitude, committed to fostering a positive work atmosphere and capable of working independently when necessary.
