GenAI Application Security Lead

ADP is seeking a GenAI Application Security Lead. In this role, you will take charge of evaluating the security measures of ADP applications through comprehensive dynamic and static security assessments.

Location: Hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough security evaluations across diverse platforms, including GenAI, web, mobile, and server-based applications, ensuring effective security protocols.
  • Develop and execute advanced testing methodologies for GenAI applications, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies and practices.
  • Assess the criticality of vulnerabilities based on industry benchmarks, documenting findings with comprehensive proof of concepts as necessary.
  • Work alongside development teams to clarify identified vulnerabilities, offering insights and recommendations for remediation.
  • Suggest customized security improvements for each application, taking into account specific requirements and architecture.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior application security analysts, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information technology, along with 5 to 8 years of experience in application security.
  • Expertise in penetration testing of GenAI applications and LLMs, as well as web and mobile platforms, with a solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience in evaluating the security of thick-client and embedded applications is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and the capacity to adapt to rapidly changing project requirements.
  • Proficient in risk assessment and able to articulate the implications of vulnerabilities within an enterprise context.
  • Proven ability to create proof of concepts and exploits, with a deep understanding of exploitation techniques.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Ruby, with additional experience in Java or .Net being a plus.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a history of effective teamwork, especially in remote environments.
  • A proactive and self-driven attitude, with a commitment to fostering a positive work atmosphere and the capability to work independently when necessary.
