Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly skilled and independent Lead Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our strategic finance division. This role will support the Head of FP&A, CFO, and CSO in preparing, analyzing, and reporting financial and operational data to enhance financial clarity, drive performance, and encourage proactive business planning. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders across all levels of CoreWeave and will frequently engage with key executive decision-makers. Ideally, this individual will possess prior experience in digital infrastructure, cloud services, data centers, or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning and forecasting efforts, including the upkeep, revision, and enhancement of current financial forecast models, budget frameworks, and databases.
  • Independently construct, meticulously maintain, and present forecasts and analyses on a project-specific basis.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports detailing financial outcomes, budget variances, scenario analyses, stress tests, and key performance indicators, effectively communicating findings to essential stakeholders such as executive leadership and board members.
  • Partner with the CFO and CSO to support significant, complex, and high-visibility projects, including large-scale capital market initiatives and fundraising efforts.
  • Assist the Accounting team in refining accounting and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, applied mathematics, economics, or a related business discipline is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or comparable roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience in Cloud or Data Center Infrastructure is preferred.
  • Outstanding financial modeling and analytical skills, with a proven history of executing complex financial analyses.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a preference for candidates who have demonstrably engaged with management or other executive-level stakeholders.
  • A high degree of self-sufficiency with a proven track record of self-directed learning and a strong intellectual drive.
  • Robust analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, SQL, or Power BI is a plus.
Compensation:

Our compensation structure reflects the labor costs across various US geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, influenced by factors such as market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Work Environment:

Successful candidates will be expected to participate in onboarding training at our headquarters within their initial weeks of employment, with subsequent travel requirements occurring quarterly.
