Department Overview:
The award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team excels in guiding both current and prospective customers by effectively communicating the advantages of DISH's offerings through a consultative sales approach. This role involves 100% inbound interactions with new and existing customers, eliminating the need for cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully market DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to both new and existing clientele.
  • Evaluate customer needs and present optimal solutions.
  • Exhibit resilience and focus on overarching objectives, even when faced with challenges.
  • Effectively manage time and remain open to learning new techniques to enhance sales performance.
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, including demographic and billing information.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Compensation:
The base pay is $20.50 per hour, supplemented by uncapped commission opportunities. Target compensation is approximately $68,000 annually, with the potential for significantly higher earnings based on performance. Top achievers often exceed six figures in annual income. Additionally, there are opportunities for advancement within your first year, accompanied by title and pay increases.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High school diploma required; college graduates preferred.
  • Pre-employment screening, which may include a drug test.
  • Full-time availability is required, with on-site work in our Direct Sales facilities.
  • Must have flexible availability to accommodate provided schedules.
  • Possession of a smartphone or similar device with an active network connection.

Work Environment:

  • On-site position.
  • Desk-based role.
  • Full-time schedule with variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to bid on available work schedules based on performance, attendance, and quality assurance.
