Position Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Product Marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass understanding the market landscape and our customers to craft engaging positioning, messaging, and content for our EAM and Aviation Maintenance solutions. You will collaborate closely with diverse industries and adapt to emerging business requirements.
  • Lead product marketing initiatives in alignment with Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Deepen solution knowledge by working closely with product management and stakeholders to tailor compelling messages.
  • Navigate the competitive landscape by collaborating with the competitive intelligence team to deliver unique content.
  • Utilize audience frameworks to create targeted content and talking points based on identified personas within the buying center.
  • Develop thought-provoking leadership content by staying informed about industry trends and research.
  • Engage in activities related to product launches and significant announcements.
  • Empower sales teams with the latest tools and resources for enhanced performance.
  • Partner with Analyst Relations to influence perception and support analyst engagements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various marketing teams and conduct internal presentations to stimulate global engagement.
  • Act as a spokesperson for your assigned domain and foster relationships with customers and partners for impactful messaging.
Requirements

Key Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively drive business growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in simplifying complex information into concise messages.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a persuasive flair.
  • Experience in engaging with customers and prospects, along with delivering external presentations via diverse channels.
  • Capability to influence cross-departmentally without holding authority.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven track record as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role in the global B2B software/technology sphere.
  • Prior experience in the enterprise software sector.
Preferred Skills:
  • Basic understanding of EAM, Aviation Maintenance, and AI domains.
  • Proficiency in formulating GTM strategies and conducting market analysis and research.
  • Comfort working with creative teams and agencies to produce multimedia assets like videos and collateral materials.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
