Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to join our executive team as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Field Service Management (FSM) divisions on a global scale. The CRO will play a pivotal role in steering revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and expanding our market presence across EAM and FSM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global revenue strategy for the EAM and FSM sectors, encompassing sales, marketing, pricing, and partnerships.
  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing global sales team across diverse regions and channels.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators and metrics to assess and enhance revenue performance, customer retention, and market reach.
  • Forge and sustain robust relationships with key clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, customer segments, and product innovations within the EAM and FSM sectors.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide insights on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Work alongside marketing and customer success teams to design and execute impactful campaigns, programs, and events that drive demand, boost awareness, and foster customer loyalty.
  • Represent the company and the EAM and FSM divisions at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the enterprise software sector, ideally in EAM and FSM.
  • 10+ years of experience in leading and managing global sales teams and revenue operations.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing revenue targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and increasing market share.
  • Experience in a matrix organizational structure.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is advantageous.
