Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our executive team as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Field Service Management (FSM) sectors on a global scale. The CRO will play a pivotal role in steering revenue enhancement, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating market expansion for our EAM and FSM offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global revenue strategy for the EAM and FSM divisions, encompassing sales, marketing, pricing, and partnerships.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing global sales team across diverse regions and channels.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to evaluate and optimize revenue performance, customer retention, and market penetration.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities, customer segments, and product innovations for the EAM and FSM lines of business.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Partner with marketing and customer success teams to design and execute impactful campaigns, programs, and events that drive demand and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Represent the company and the EAM and FSM divisions at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the enterprise software sector, particularly in EAM and FSM.
  • 10+ years of experience in leading and managing global sales teams and revenue operations.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing revenue targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and expanding market presence.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is advantageous.
