Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist Requirements:
Licensed Professional: NC Property & Casualty License with 2-5 years of insurance experience, including some commercial exposure.

What You'll Do as Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist:
New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business through inbound and outbound strategies to generate leads to conversion. Cross sell business clients with employee benefits and personal insurance.
Sales Support: Assist producers by preparing accurate and competitive quotes and proposals for prospects. Set appointments and/or client calls. Review existing policies, review liability limits and exposures, explore other coverage, evaluate replacement costs, round out accounts, and bind renewals.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry contacts. Actively participate in local business events and professional groups to expand our network and referral base.
Sales Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies that enhance product visibility, market penetration, and process improvement.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by understanding client needs, resolve issues promptly and efficiently to ensure high client satisfaction and retention. Oversee all aspects of your new clients with the assigned account manager. Assist office staff in collection of required coverage information and premiums
