Position: Full-Time Insurance Sales and Customer Service Advisor

We are currently in search of a motivated individual to fill the role of Full-Time Insurance Sales and Customer Service Advisor. This position entails selling our diverse range of insurance products while ensuring superior customer service for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities utilizing our comprehensive Marketing Budget.
  • Prepare insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and finalize agreements.
  • Meet and exceed new business production targets.
  • Process customer requests for policy modifications.
  • Maintain adherence to underwriting, rating, and legal standards.
  • Develop new business through referrals and leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Having a Life & Health Insurance license is preferred.
  • Exhibit a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and receive coaching.
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and resolve issues effectively.
  • Showcase a strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.
