Role Summary: The CAD Specialist will be tasked with producing precise technical drawings and plans for commercial construction endeavors. This position necessitates a robust comprehension of architectural and structural design principles, alongside familiarity with construction methodologies and materials. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the commercial construction domain and a dedication to producing high-caliber designs that align with project specifications and client requirements.
Core Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive CAD drawings for commercial construction projects, encompassing plans, sections, details, and specifications.
- Engage with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to collect project requirements and ensure designs fulfill specifications.
- Revise and update existing CAD drawings based on client feedback or alterations in project scope.
