Purpose of Position

As an Account Manager, you will oversee and enhance affiliate programs, offering a broad range of services to clients. You will be the primary contact for designated accounts, executing affiliate strategies to expand and optimize your portfolio consistently.

Opportunities beyond Baltimore or Chicago may be considered based on qualifications. Eligible states include: Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, and Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take charge and be the main contact for all assigned clients, providing training, guidance, and continuous support tailored to each client's service level agreement.
  • Develop a profound understanding of all allocated accounts to create, present, and implement program strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and Awin products to guide program management, while keeping clients informed of relevant updates.
  • Proactively recruit new affiliates within the portfolio, manage affiliate migrations in collaboration with clients and the publisher team, and establish relationships with the top 50 affiliates on the network.
  • Independently generate all essential account management documentation and present reports on assigned programs.
  • Leverage advanced platforms such as Tableau, SimilarWeb, etc., to produce insightful reports and analyses for clients and support network activities.
  • Proactively address issues with clients, escalating when necessary and keeping relevant teams updated.
  • Professional communication with clients, publishers, vendors, and internal teams through various channels.
  • Participate in client and networking events to enhance relationships.
Skills & Expertise
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in account management with a solid grasp of affiliate marketing, including commission models, tracking solutions, and affiliate types.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Dedication to growing programs and delivering top-notch client service for high satisfaction levels.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, and readiness to learn new technologies.
