Position Overview

The Client Manager is tasked with enhancing membership within current accounts while directly overseeing business relationships with client accounts. This role ensures that the necessary systems and processes are established to fulfill the requirements of both internal and external clients. Additionally, it involves the development and execution of strategies and policies related to account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive account management for assigned customers, focusing on retention, membership expansion, and revenue growth, alongside nurturing relationships with customers and brokers.
  • Contributes insights that positively influence financial outcomes.
  • Delivers exceptional service and fosters growth through the establishment of strong client and broker partnerships.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in health benefits.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, along with sales negotiation expertise.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, underwriting, or operations.
  • Financial acumen with the capability to expand a portfolio of business.
For remote work, a reliable internet connection is required, with a minimum speed of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
