Position Summary

Response Labs is in search of a skilled Account Supervisor with a background in digital marketing or a related field to enhance our operations.

In this role, you will take charge of your designated accounts while providing support to senior management on their accounts, ensuring all client requirements are met as per the defined scopes of work. Your responsibilities will encompass managing CRM and loyalty marketing initiatives, overseeing the creative development and execution of various digital assets including email, SMS, push notifications, and other media formats. Given the technical nature of our work, a willingness to delve into complex technical details is essential.

You will oversee the project management of all assignments, guiding them through our internal project management system, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful and timely execution within budgetary constraints while aligning with strategic objectives.

Our clients rely on us for comprehensive solutions and effective management of their CRM and loyalty marketing programs. The ability to juggle multiple large-scale projects alongside quick-turnaround tasks with a small, agile team is crucial.

The ideal candidate is inquisitive, self-driven, and quick to adapt, thriving in a dynamic, collaborative environment where multitasking across various projects and clients is standard.

As part of the Response Labs Client Service Team, you will engage daily with Production, Strategy, Data, Media, Creative, and other cross-functional team members to address each client's distinct requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of CRM and loyalty marketing in all aspects of your role.
  • Maintain high standards of client service through regular communication, detailed status reports, agendas, recaps, and internal priorities.
  • Act as the strategic lead for your clients, managing annual planning, ongoing strategy, and daily communications.
  • Connect campaign performance metrics between CRM and media efforts to align with client business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to lead client planning sessions, presentations, and scope development for proposed initiatives.
  • Evaluate existing campaigns and projects, offering suggestions for resource optimization to enhance performance.
  • Serve as the primary project manager for your accounts, overseeing the internal project management system and ensuring timely task completion.
  • Manage budgets and resources for client projects.
  • Work with the strategy team to create comprehensive campaign briefs that outline objectives, strategies, and execution details for the production team.
  • Coordinate with Media and Data teams to provide accurate reporting and insights to clients.
  • Engage with your clients' businesses and industries to offer valuable insights and thought leadership.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing roles within an advertising agency or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading the planning, strategy, and execution of digital marketing projects, particularly in CRM and loyalty programs.
  • Proficiency in managing various digital marketing components, including email, digital advertising, website updates, mobile messaging, creative design, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing and paid media best practices.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and collaborate cross-functionally to communicate performance optimization recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with systems such as Punchh, Paytronix, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Cheetah, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in managing direct reports or cross-functional teams.
