Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients requiring workforce services and solutions
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers through various communication methods
  • Develop strategic partnerships by engaging key decision-makers across multiple channels
  • Execute activities that yield results, including cold calls, virtual meetings, and in-person client interactions
  • Generate gross profit through personal sales efforts, including fulfilling market segment orders and achieving financial targets
  • Negotiate compensation rates to maximize returns on quality staffing solutions
  • Source, recruit, interview, and select candidates effectively
  • Analyze workforce gaps that may hinder a client's growth potential
  • Coach and retain talent through various communication formats
  • Provide innovative and tailored workforce solutions
  • Deliver services that consistently exceed client and talent expectations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant sales experience
  • At least 1 year of business experience, preferably in B2B sales, customer service, or staffing
  • Background knowledge in Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, or Business Operations is preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to connect with others through various communication channels
  • Track record of achieving results in a metrics-driven or technology-oriented setting
  • Experience or quick adaptability with digital tools and Google Suite applications
  • Proficient in using Google Mail, calendar, and shared drives
