Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Administrator in Pleasant Grove, UT.
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment, with a primary focus on CPQ and Billing (Revenue Cloud) functionalities. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our CPQ and Billing systems, ensuring their seamless integration and operation within our sales and financial processes. You will take charge of system administration, data management, user training, and continuous improvement efforts. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business needs into scalable solutions. This position offers an opportunity to leverage your Salesforce expertise, lead significant projects, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administrator will oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules
  • Manage configuration changes such as Workflows, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, apps, actions, and custom settings
  • Design, implement, and maintain Quote and Product Configuration integrations
  • Ensure best practices and scalability in managing CPQ and Billing configurations
  • Provide technical solutions for revenue recognition and billing processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, and translate them into best practice solutions
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, support procedures, and technical documentation
  • Conduct training for new users and provide ongoing support to enhance user adoption
  • Identify opportunities for platform enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and improve data quality in Salesforce and implement data management best practices

Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or higher is preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or a higher certification
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Billing
  • Experience with change management and DevOps practices
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce products and functionalities
  • Strong technical analysis, systems design, peer review, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
