POSITION SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage user and license administration, including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
  • Oversee configuration adjustments such as Workflows, Process Builder, Flow, and approval processes.
  • Design and maintain integrations for Quote and Product Configuration.
  • Ensure best practices in managing CPQ and Billing configurations for scalability.
  • Provide technical solutions to support revenue recognition and billing processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and support procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support to enhance user engagement.
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor data quality within Salesforce and implement best practices for data management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred BA/BS degree or higher.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or higher certification is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on CPQ and Billing.
  • Experience with change management and DevOps practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and functionalities.
  • Strong analytical, design, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is preferred.
