ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Sales Operations Administrator II to deliver operational support across various functions. This role involves developing tools, enhancing CRM systems (Salesforce automation), coordinating sales and marketing initiatives, and providing comprehensive sales support to boost overall productivity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate sales processes, manage pipelines, assist with budgeting, and support annual retail planning
  • Analyze and identify enhancements for current sales processes
  • Lead the creation of reporting tools and templates
  • Organize and conduct sales training webinars, conferences, and communications
  • Assist regional managers in making informed, data-driven decisions for effective sales program administration
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as data reconciliation

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, marketing, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in sales or a related field (operations and/or marketing)
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Understanding of project management principles
  • Capable of delivering formal presentations to both internal and external stakeholders
