Role SummaryWe are in search of a seasoned technical manager to oversee our Salesforce engineering teams. This pivotal role involves managing all facets of the Salesforce platform, including development, quality assurance, and operational support. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, combined with strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage the technical engineering, delivery, and support of the Salesforce platform.
- Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers and administrators, ensuring successful project execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Promote best practices and standards within the Salesforce development team.
- Oversee the configuration and integration of Salesforce applications to align with business objectives.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and security protocols.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Stay updated on Salesforce advancements and industry trends to enhance platform performance.
- Identify potential risks and drive resolutions to ensure project success.
- Encourage a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience leading Salesforce development teams in a dynamic environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and integration using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.
- Excellent communication abilities to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainable solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
