As a Salesforce Administrator, you will:

  • Manage all facets of user and license administration, including onboarding new users, deactivating accounts, and configuring roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, organization-wide defaults, and sharing settings.
  • Oversee configuration adjustments such as Workflows, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, applications, actions, and custom settings.
  • Design, implement, and sustain Quote and Product Configuration integrations.
  • Ensure best practices and scalability in managing CPQ and Billing configurations.
  • Provide technical solutions for revenue recognition and billing operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather both business and technical requirements, translating them into optimal solutions.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, support procedures, and technical manuals.
  • Conduct training sessions for new users and offer ongoing support to enhance user engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for platform enhancements and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and enhance data quality within Salesforce, implementing best practices for data management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A BA/BS degree or higher is preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or a higher certification is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
  • Experience with change management and DevOps methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and functionalities.
  • Strong analytical skills, systems design expertise, peer review capabilities, and troubleshooting proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
  • Experience in the SaaS sector is preferred.
