Salesforce Systems Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY:
Kforce Inc. is looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator to enhance and manage our Salesforce ecosystem, focusing primarily on CPQ and Billing (Revenue Cloud) functionalities. This role involves optimizing our CPQ and Billing systems to ensure they integrate smoothly with our sales and financial operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee user and license management, including the setup and deactivation of new users, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
- Manage configuration changes, including Workflows, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, apps, actions, and custom settings.
- Design and maintain integrations for Quote and Product Configuration.
- Ensure best practices in managing CPQ and Billing configurations for scalability.
- Provide technical solutions to enhance revenue recognition and billing processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, translating them into effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and support procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support to promote user adoption.
- Identify enhancement opportunities for the platform and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor data quality within Salesforce and implement best practices for data management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred BA/BS degree or higher.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or higher certification is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
- Experience with change management and DevOps practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce products and functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills, systems design capabilities, and troubleshooting expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
- Experience in the SaaS industry is preferred.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The compensation range reflects our good faith belief regarding the pay for this role. Factors influencing pay include education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, and business needs. This range may be adjusted in the future.
Kforce offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability, and ADD insurance for eligible employees. Salaried employees receive paid time off, while hourly employees are eligible for paid sick leave as required by law.
NOTE: Pay is not considered earned until it is vested and determinable. Compensation amounts and availability are at Kforce's discretion and may be modified in accordance with the law.
