As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing clients with expert guidance on insurance products that meet their needs, whether it be life, health, property, or casualty insurance. Your role involves identifying client needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service. You'll manage client portfolios, process policy applications, handle renewals, and assist with claims. Success in this role requires great communication, sales acumen, and a thorough understanding of insurance regulations and product offerings.

Responsibilities:
Generate sales leads from agencybloc and other sources
Call on assigned leads
Maintain sales quota
Answer incoming customer phone calls
Check voicemail and respond to customers in a timely manner
Strive to build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction - document calls in Agencybloc
Conduct 30, 60 & 90 day follow up calls with customers
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Help complete enrollment forms online for clients with Medicaid
Update and review Agencybloc as required
Maintain current book of business
Other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Highly proficient in English and Spanish.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
High degree of accuracy and ability to use the correct method/tools.

High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Computer experience to include Google Sheets.
Can learn on the job but customer or call center experience is preferred.
Obtain and maintain a Health and Life insurance License.
