Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales leads from various sources and follow up with assigned leads to ensure timely conversion.
  • Maintain a high level of sales performance and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, responding to voicemails, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients through open and interactive communication, identifying and assessing their needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Document calls and interactions in our agency management system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Conduct regular follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist clients with enrollment forms online for Medicaid and other programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain current knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Computer experience, including Google Sheets, is essential.
  • Customer or call center experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Obtain and maintain a Health and Life insurance License.
