The Data Research team plays a key role in researching, verifying, and improving data for ZoomInfo's best-in-class B2B data offerings.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Market Research to join the research team.

Scoops is one of the unique actionable intelligence features of ZoomInfo data that captures key projects, events and pain points of tens of thousands of companies for clients to take actions on.

We gather scoops data through research verified third-party sources and our proprietary surveys.

In this role, you will oversee a team of researchers and analysts and play an essential role in deepening ZoomInfo's scoops coverage and value to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the scoops team, create diversified roles and responsibilities within the team to further scoops coverage
  • Lead the strategy and execution of deepening scoops coverage, centering on generating more value for ZI clients
  • Play a leadership role in coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders across the entire company on amplifying the impact of scoops
  • The immediate focus area for this role is the expansion of our surveys and events coverages. For our proprietary surveys, we need to focus on filling the gaps between intent signals and actions and increasing survey scopes to provide macrolevel industry insights for clients. For events, we need to have a complete overhaul of how we process events data and present events data in our platform. The Senior Manager will play a leading role in both initiatives.
Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in market research, applied social sciences, economics, business or related field, master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience working in primary or secondary market research, with deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Experience managing and analyzing large datasets using analytical tools
  • 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team
  • Proven track record of strong business acumen through helping companies build new products or expanding into new products
  • Strong ability to work in a fastpaced environment and collaborate with various teams to drive changes
The US base salary range for this position is $130, $195, variable compensation + benefits.

Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate's work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training.
