Job Title: Office Manager

Job Summary:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage administrative tasks and provide support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for office operations.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Organize and maintain files both electronically and on paper.
  • Manage internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure office environment is well-maintained.
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
