This position plays a crucial role in the Technology Portfolio Management Office (TPMO) at Goli Tech, focusing on enhancing portfolio and operational functions. The primary objective is to expedite the centralization and governance of the portfolio to facilitate the establishment of a Technology PMO.

Daily Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of driving results while collaborating with large, cross-functional teams within a complex organizational structure. They should excel in dynamic environments, navigate ambiguity effectively, foster robust relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver value-driven outcomes to support a rapidly expanding business.

The TPMO is integral to the technology delivery model, aiming to standardize processes and operational methodologies across the technology spectrum. This role demands exceptional communication and organizational capabilities, along with extensive project and program management expertise to identify and resolve bottlenecks, facilitate escalation management, and balance capability needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of a prioritized program roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with workstream leaders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Drive program governance by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interconnected capabilities.
  • Coordinate with portfolio managers to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to gather updates and feedback.
  • Prepare and present program reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Resolve conflicts and address issues that may hinder program success.
  • Identify and evaluate program risks, implementing risk management and contingency plans.
  • Promptly address and resolve program issues, escalating when necessary.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or PMP/PMI certification is advantageous.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, demonstrating a successful track record in managing complex programs.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technology or a related sector.
  • Change Management Certification (PROSCI) is a plus.
  • Process Improvement Certification (Lean Six Sigma) is desirable.
