Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to enhance our client support initiatives.

The Technical Account Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing our post-sales client relationships. This position involves various responsibilities, including:

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting comprehensive consultations with IT clients at advanced technical levels on a quarterly basis.
  • Offering technical insights during the sales process, including the presentation of the Maturity Model and assistance with technology roadmaps.
  • Collaborating within a team of TAMs to provide optimal support for our clients.
  • Drafting and developing detailed scopes of work for IT applications and hardware implementations.
  • Leading meetings and strategic planning sessions to enhance client satisfaction and expand our account base.
  • Providing training and guidance to IT Engineers who support our sales representatives.
  • Establishing and maintaining a 'trusted advisor' relationship with IT service desks, sales teams, and clients.
  • Continuously developing knowledge of key market trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Account Management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
  • Relevant certifications such as Net+, MCP, MCA, MCSE, Cloud, or Firewall.
  • Experience in IT managed services, project engineering, and technical management.
  • Strong understanding of IT operations and service management.
  • Knowledge of risk mitigation, security protocols, web technologies, and server management.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, email and server migration, VPN technologies, and systems integration.

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000, plus commission opportunities.
