Role Summary:
The Back Office Operations Manager is essential in directing and overseeing the internal administrative functions of the organization. This position involves leading a team of administrative professionals, ensuring the precise and efficient handling of documentation and various operational tasks. The Back Office Operations Manager collaborates with different departments to streamline processes, address challenges, and improve overall operational effectiveness. They are responsible for mentoring, supporting, and training team members to maintain high standards of performance and quality in administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the administrative team, coordinating activities and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish team objectives and ensure adherence to the company’s vision and strategic plans.
- Manage workflow, including creating schedules and overseeing time-off requests, while reporting attendance and performance issues to senior management.
- Provide ongoing feedback and direction to team members, ensuring clarity in task assignments and company objectives.
- Address and resolve employee conflicts and concerns effectively.
- Evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and reporting findings to management.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of new hires, ensuring they are well-versed in their roles and responsibilities.
- Implement new processes and updates, ensuring all training materials and standard operating procedures are current.

- Demonstrated experience in administrative operations or a related field, emphasizing efficiency and team leadership.

Compensation:
Salary begins at $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
