Position Summary

We are in search of a Field Service Copier Specialist to enhance our service team. This role involves fieldwork, servicing various locations as we cover a broad area.

  • Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment, including copiers, printers, and fax machines.
  • Delivering exceptional technical support to our clients.
  • Engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Formulating solutions for unique challenges.
  • Effectively managing time, resources, and service areas.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, or similar brands is advantageous.
  • Proficient computer skills are a plus.
