Job Description

When you accept a position with Volo, you'll be joining a passionate, driven group of innovators within the youth sports industry. Coaches serve our kids and families by providing a safe and fun experience on the field. This is a part time position, however, there are opportunities for advancement within the company.

Bilingual Specialist responsibilities include, but not limited to::
  • Serve as direct contact with the kids and families to ensure their needs are being met by accommodating both English and Spanish speaking families.
  • Engage in community outreach events such as tabling's and registration sign ups.
  • Complete outreach to via phone channels to engage previously registered participants.
  • Assist in gathering federal grant data around income verification.
  • Assist admin responsibilities, checking kids in and out, name tags, shirts, first aid, water and snacks.
  • Jump in an assist in coaching our programs as needed.
