The primary responsibility of this role is to uphold exceptional service standards, efficiently address customer inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor, a positive attitude, and an engaging personality. We are looking for someone who is approachable, has strong computer skills, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, collaborates well with colleagues, and has a genuine passion for assisting others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate product and service information while resolving any issues that may arise with customer accounts.
  • Manage incoming calls effectively.
  • Address customer complaints by providing suitable solutions and alternatives within designated timeframes; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and organize documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Experience in Insurance Sales / Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Capability to connect effectively with customers.
