Our organization is a manufacturing firm known for its commitment to quality and excellence. We are in search of a proficient Spanish-English Customer Support Specialist to enhance our team and support our operational objectives.

Role Overview:
The Spanish-English Customer Support Specialist will oversee customer communications, process orders, and manage various administrative responsibilities. This position necessitates fluency in both English and Spanish.

Primary Duties:
Handle incoming customer inquiries and accurately record orders in the system.

Coordinate with delivery personnel, sales representatives, warehouse teams, and production staff to ensure smooth business operations.

Generate and manage orders for the warehouse department.

Address customer questions regarding order progress and timelines.

Engage in a blend of responsibilities with approximately 25% of time spent on phone communication and 75% on administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Capability to work efficiently in an in-office environment.

Additional Information:
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
