Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Bilingual Equipment Rental Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will oversee rental schedules, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of rental equipment. Your fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for engaging with our diverse clientele.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation: $55,000 plus commission

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Rental Schedule: Organize and oversee rental bookings to maximize equipment utilization and availability.
  • Assist Customers: Handle incoming inquiries, guiding clients through the rental process and addressing their requirements effectively.
  • Foster Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with existing clients to boost satisfaction and loyalty. Keep them informed about new offerings or enhancements.
  • Resolve Issues: Quickly address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints to maintain a high service standard.
  • Equipment Care: Ensure all rental equipment is maintained, cleaned, and repaired to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Organize and manage the delivery and collection of rental equipment.
  • Educate Customers: Provide instruction to clients on the proper use and handling of rental equipment to ensure safe and effective operation.
Position Requirements
  • Bilingual Skills: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as some deliveries may involve tolls.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Strong listening abilities and a genuine commitment to resolving customer issues.
  • Relationship Management: Capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients throughout the rental experience.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to manage various customer interactions and effectively resolve issues.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay informed about the latest products and services.
