Deliver exceptional library services to patrons, focusing on teens, tweens, and youth. Provide reference, readers' advisory, collection development, programming, and outreach. Emphasize anti-racism, equity, and inclusion in all tasks, with cultural sensitivity and commitment to underserved populations. Develop and maintain collections, promote resources, and design engaging programs. Engage with the community, fostering partnerships and raising library awareness. Lead and manage projects, participate in staff training, and support library initiatives.

Required:
MLS degree, experience with diverse youth populations, strong customer service skills, and expertise in youth literature and technology.

$33.57-$38.33 hourly
