Reporting to: Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition
InteLogix is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the BPO industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to our industry and specific regional/client needs.
- Partner with WFM to assist in the forecast of hiring needs based on business growth plans and industry trends.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-volume roles.
- Partner with Marketing to develop employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the BPO industry.
- Oversee the screening, interviewing, and selection process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Implement standardized assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Train hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR business partners.
- Collaborate with external partners such as recruitment agencies, universities, and professional associations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes based on data-driven insights.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Strong understanding of regional employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Knowledge of the latest recruitment trends and technologies.
