Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Management: Collaborate with onboard leaders to communicate performance expectations, priorities, and development planning for optimal business performance.
  • Culture: Implement HR initiatives to drive culture change, aligning with our Culture Essentials.
  • Coaching and Development: Directly support officers to deliver exceptional employee experiences.
  • Talent Management: Work with fleet resourcing to coordinate, deliver, and facilitate internal mobility.

  • Leadership: Manage a small administration team and the onboard Learning and Development Officer, ensuring the department delivers its goals and objectives.
  • Welfare Champion: Closely monitor onboard welfare initiatives and manage the welfare budget to ensure engagement and retention of crew.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualified, preferably to graduate level, or other equivalent HR qualification.
  • HR Management and/or HR Business Partner experience is essential.
  • Strong operational and generalist background within a high-volume industry.
  • Previous experience of delivering leadership and management training.
  • Performance management experience.
  • Significant employee relations experience.
