Talent Acquisition Specialist - Butcombe Brewing Co.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top-tier professionals across our operations. Your role will encompass everything from developing innovative recruitment strategies to conducting interviews and building partnerships both internally and externally. You'll be central to our goal of becoming the employer of choice in the brewing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage talented individuals for key culinary roles, including Sous Chefs and Head Chefs.
  • Candidate Interaction: Conduct pre-screening of candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure that prospective hires grasp our company culture and expectations.
  • Employer Promotion: Present our company as a leading employer through engaging job postings, social media initiatives, and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Executive Recruitment: Proactively seek and recruit high-caliber candidates, including senior management professionals, through strategic headhunting techniques.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Deliver regular updates on recruitment activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborative Initiatives: Spearhead partnerships that promote diverse candidate pools and enhance inclusivity within our workforce.
  • Talent Development: Collaborate closely with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to cultivate internal talent and facilitate discussions around career advancement.

  • Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build rapport and influence others with integrity and trust.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong administrative capabilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hospitality and recruitment is preferred, though a passion for learning is essential.
  • Motivation & Passion: Driven by the desire to uplift others and achieve excellence in all endeavors.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Innovative mindset that introduces fresh ideas to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with recruitment platforms.

Travel Requirements: This position may necessitate travel to various locations as part of recruitment efforts.
