The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction of bespoke homes, ensuring that all aspects align with client expectations through comprehensive site inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations, prioritizing safety, quality assurance, and project advancement
  • Develop a thorough understanding of project objectives and timelines
  • Keep project schedules current and accurate
  • Facilitate effective communication among the project team
  • Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Identify and address potential project risks
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and financial plans

Preferred Qualities:

Qualifications:

Compensation:

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
