About the Position:

The Account Manager will play a crucial role as the main point of contact for specific customers within their assigned area. Responsible for fostering relationships and driving business growth by effectively selling and ordering products for customers. This role may involve managing different types of accounts including large stores, small stores, and full-service on-premise establishments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute and finalize all sales calls for designated routes
  • Maintain and promote additional displays as required
  • Ensure correct pricing
  • Implement timely and efficient sales plans and promotions at retail locations, gaining trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, organizing the use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, coordinating promotional events, and identifying other product promotion opportunities
  • Ensure proper placement and efficient use of point of sale materials
  • Adhere to Quality Control and product code date standards
  • Evaluate product rotation on shelves and in storage areas to optimize product freshness
  • Manage accurate inventory levels to reduce stockouts and expired products
  • Handle product breakage returns
  • Organize and conduct regular sales visits to customer accounts
  • Report on account activities to relevant stakeholders
  • Complete any other assigned projects or tasks
