Compensation Details
The anticipated total compensation range for this role is between $71,158 and $105,158, which includes base salary, projected renewal commissions, and estimated new business commission opportunities. Commission earnings, both from renewals and new business, are contingent upon meeting sales objectives and adhering to the applicable incentive plan.

Key Responsibilities
- Directly engage with niche market accounts to enhance premium volume.
- Retain profitable accounts by delivering exceptional service to policyholders.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with businesses.
- Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Claims, Loss Control, Audit, Customer Service, and other essential partners.
- Actively pursue all niche market opportunities within your designated territory.
- Utilize existing customer relationships to drive new growth and sales opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the necessary Property & Casualty and Life licenses to sell Sentry's products.
- Self-motivated with the capability to thrive in a remote work setting.
- Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and effective communication while remaining organized.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and ability to meet travel requirements.
